Seng House is a newly opened cafe located at Tanjong Katong where they serve traditional Hainanese flavours in contemporary westernized cafe food. The family that owns Gu Zao Ren Taiwan Porridge on Changi Road opened the café, where Seng’s daughter runs Seng House.
