One of my favourite places to get tempura soba, this restaurant serves one of best tempura with a wide variety of tempuras that comes in huge portions. Their Premium Tempura Cold Soba only costs $16.30, it comes with 7 different tempuras, soba and 2 different sauces. Pretty affordable compared to many other restaurants.
