Pasta Station
This station is definitely part of the top 3 sections to go to in the dinner buffet. We saw the chef busting out his skills as he made us the most creamiest, aromatic and delicious pasta right in front of our eyes. And of course - we asked if we could try cooking it too. You can request them for carbonara or aglio olio with pasta choices such as spaghetti, linguine, penne and many more.
d'Grill Station
This station was the most exciting part for us. Other than the meaty, juicy choices that were laid out for us like the beef, chicken and seafood, we also got to eat the fish we caught at the jetty nearby - cooked by the professionals. Nothing says fresh like the fishes we caught just that morning.
Dessert Station
We saved the best for last - The Dessert Station. Just look at the entire row filled with scrumptious high-class pastries, fresh fruits and even a special sugary treat: The Candy Floss machine. You wouldn't be able to resist these sweet temptations.
We highly recommend going for their red velvet cake, chocolate croissant and the lapis legit cake first before they run out. It'll be a super duper food treat for the eyes and your bellies. Remember, you heard it here first.

Well that's it from our stay at Montigo Resorts, Nongsa.
