What is Lok Lok?
Lok Lok, which translates as "to dip," is a collection of cooked and uncooked culinary dishes that have been dipped in hot boiling water. Skewers of meat, vegetables, dumplings, fish balls, and shellfish simmered in a clear broth before being dipped into a variety of savoury dips.
