What's the hype behind the recently infamous Karen's Diner?

Guess that many of us are concerned over the recent buzz of the news that Karen's Diner might be opening a 'pop-up' outlet in S'pore. For those who aren't aware of what Karen's Diner is, it is a retro-American eatery launched in Sydney in 2021. Karen's Diner specializes on slamming orders on your table, having apathetic service, and you may complain all you want since the managers don't care!

Acceptable Or Not?

However, some are afraid that Singaporeans might not be open to accepting this rude concept since Singaporeans are generally 'sensitive'.

Will this concept be liked?

Will you give Karen's Diner a visit if it does open up in SG? This concept will appeal to the Gen Zs nowadays but it might be deemed off as rude and no respect to individuals who are slightly older in age since they aren't as opened to the culture nowadays.
